Additional information

The phytosanitary certificate may be obtained from the KEPHIS headquarters, KEPHIS JKIA office or KEPHIS regional offices. Applicants must ensure that the phytosanitary certificate is correct, accurate, authentic, stamped, signed, with tallying quantities with the invoice presented during application to avoid their consignment being intercepted in the country of export, and incurring penalties, and captures the additional declarations where applicable.
