The applicant will be required to issue the bank with a cheque from their cheque book.

Additional information

There is a service charge applicable for issuance of the bankers cheque estimated at KES 500.00 and these charges vary between banks. The trader's bank account will be credited for the amount as payment for the bankers cheque. Some banks only issue bankers cheques to account holders while others issue to non-account holders as well.
