With paid up share capital of not less than KES 300,000.

By the Commissioner of Oaths and signed by the applicant.
Letter of undertaking (original)
To furnish Coffee Directorate with monthly returns and comply with KEBS KS1052 593 2221 175 (2011).
Liquorer's certificate (copy)

From a licensed liquorer.
Valid business permit (copy)
From the respective County Government
Shareholder's list-Form CR 12 (copy)
Audited accounts (copy)

From two business referees.
Identity card (copy)
Of the director(s), if they are Kenyan Citizens.
