Time frame

Once the application has been approved, Pharmacy and Poisons Board officers will carry out an inspection of the manufacturing site in the country of origin to certify that it complies with the good manufacturing practices. The process can take upto one and a half years before the applicant is issued with the certificate of good manufacturing practices.

Additional information

The application approval is sent via email. The trader is required to contact the good manufacturing practice department to confirm whether the certificate is ready for collection.
