The contract is only required for exporters sourcing produce from registered manufacturers. Exporters who own the processing facility are not required to submit a contract.

Of the processing facility.
This is required for exporters sourcing produce from registered manufacturers. Exporters who own the processing facilities are not required to submit a warehouse inspection report.

Additional information
Once the application for the licence is made, it will undergo vetting for either approval or rejection. This process can take up to sixty (60) days as the application goes through vetting by the AFA committee, and a notice for licensing that has to be gazetted by the Directorate thirty (30) days before the licence is issued. The licence is issued in case of no objection on the gazette notice.
