Upon submission of the project report, it undergoes review by the EIA department. If any issues arise, the office will communicate to the client to collect an issue letter from the County offices and address the issues raised. In order to ensure that the review of the project report progresses successfully, the EIA Expert should: 1. Visit the site before drafting the project report and avoid desktop report. 2. Give enough information about the proposed project. 3. Attach the necessary documents. 4. Give details of the location of the project.
